Pros: Pleasant staff and good location for chrysler and grand central. suites a good size with plenty of places to have breakfast nearby. staff booked taxi to airport for us.

Pros: The gentleman from ghana (who checked me in) was extremely helpful and polite. i appreciated being given a room on the side (quieter room - not facing the street). the location was excellent since i was attending a conference 2 blocks away at the hyatt.

Pros: Hotel is very conveniently located just 2 minutes from grand central station! only a 15 minute walk to times square. hotel clean, staff friendly, no problems at all.
Cons: At times elevator could be heard late at night, not a massive problem but a light sleeper may find it frustrating.
