"The staff members were always very welcoming and helpful"

Pros: The staff members were always very welcoming and helpful. they were some of the friendliest hotel staff we'd come across. the room was perfect what we needed. the free dvd rental was also handy when winding down after a big day of shopping.

Cons: One of the elevators broke down for a bit. but they have two, so it wasn't that much of an inconvenience
