Staff was very attentive and friendly, room was clean and worked, even though it was small. Bed was nice and firm, the bath was great, esp. the rain shower head. We looked out from the side of the building, so there was no street noise.

Pros: The staff could not have been more helpful. no ceremony, just friendly help and advice.
Cons: Their "coffee shop" is poor and nowhere near the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Pros: Staff were very helpful, even though they could find no record of our booking at all, they made restaurant reservations and even walked us down the road to the a restaurant agee doors down. they tried to book us in online for our flight when we left several times but had no luck.
