"great location"

This hotel was in a great location to walk to many attractions. The hotel and room was clean. The rooms are tiny , tiny, tiny but not unexpected in New York. The staff was great and very friendly and more than willing to help us with anything!

The hotel was very conveniently situated and the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The bathroom was also large and more than sufficient for our requirements of 5 adults.

"People at the front desk were great"

Pros: People at the front desk were great.
Cons: They charged us for eating snacks and drinking alcohol from the mini bar. we did not eat or drink anything and the problem was resolved. we ended up not being charged in the end.
