 "Boris Birthday Bash"
Nice small hotel. No queues as in the larger hotels. Located at the edge of Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho. Good breakfast options nearby, as well as many restaurants but also the designer boutiques and flagship stores. For those not from the mass tourism of the Theatre District holds, but want to stay central. The subway takes you to various stops within two blocks. Service from the staff is top notch!

Pros: Location.
Cons: In the wintertime (january)the room was very cold. basically cold air was blowing in from the window. because of that the fan was going on and off every 10 minutes. really hard to sleep in that noise.

Pros: Location was excellent, staff friendly & helpful. it was clean & the cleaning service was good.
it was small and intimate.
Cons: Heating was poor - a fan air heater which in winter would be inadequate. blind at window was
worn and needed updating. the room was good apart from these points.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at solita soho -- the front desk got us into our room early, and the room itself was small but clean, and very adequate for our needs. the bed was comfortable, and because we spent all of our time out and about, we didn't mind the small size. the location can't be beat!

solita soho is great to stay in new york, rooms aren't huge, but it is new york.... would recommend.

Pros: The front desk - staff (stephanie and peter) at the hotel went above and beyond duty to help us (group of 10) with questions, advise and general tourist information. and the location is fantastic! major shopping areas and bars in soho and tribeca all walking distance.
Cons: They should have a kettle in the room
