 "nice rooms but bad breakfast"
Lovely litle rooms with nice bathrooms in a good location but the breakfast was eating of through away plates and plastic cutlery, with muffins, sausages and egg to chose fro. There was 10 chaires for an 18 story hotel of 4 rooms on a floor so you can imagine how it was. Enjoyed our stay though but costy!

 "Smith Review"
On a limited income, the cost and service made my first trip to New York City and exciting and enjoyable one. Room coffee Pot did not work. Maybe a good idea to check everyday to make sure they are working properly.

 "Poor quality hotel"
I spent 6 days at this hotel. It looks okay in the pictures but in rality it is extremely low qaulity. I had to asks for a room with a safe as the room they gave did not have one. I was on the first floor and there was a high level of noise from the lobby. I haad to ask them to be quiet, people were so noisy. Next door to the hotel is a nightclub and we could hear the music at night. Concierge gave me wrong directions and was not very helpful. I will not stay here again.

 "A pleasant stay"
The hotel was clean, the rooms are very small. The two problems i had were... One I could barely get enough towels for our room, I had to call everyday to extra towels to have enough for us to use. Second problem.. the price i booked online with is not the price they tryed to charge me. Good thing i printed my conf. that showed price. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very close to Times Square.

 "Girls trip"
My sister and I stayed at your hotel for a girls trip the last weekend in June. I must say that our stay was very nice and pleasant. The hotel staff was friendly and always answered any questions that I had. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The only problem that I had was that I asked that my credit card not be charged because I was paying with cash but it was charged anyway. So now I am waiting for the money to be refunded to my card. Overall I must say that I had a very good stay at this hotel and would stay there again.

 "First trip-first stay. Would stay again."
We stayed one night, me my 2 nieces (ages 17 & 19) and my girlfriend. The location was good at a good price! We were only a 10 minuet walk away from the heart of times square. I would have liked if the pillows were bigger, but they we pretty comfortable. There was also no microwave in the room which was a big let down. Loved the flat screen tv and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good as well, they served fresh waffles as well as the usual continental like breakfast. I would also have like I check out was maybe a little later.. We were out all night seeing the city and would have like atleast an extra hour to sleep in...

Great location. Can walk to theatres. Less than one block to transportation center. Clean, comfortable beds. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Good price. Would stay again.
