"Convenient location to subways and wonderful restaurants are close by,..."

Pros: Convenient location to subways and wonderful restaurants are close by, also, the manager was helpful with righting a booking issue.
Cons: They didn't have the rooms available we booked, and had to enter everything into the system after we gave the confirmation number. because of this, we were given a smaller room without being told (full bedinstead of queen...we're both well over 6'). when i called they told us nothing could be done until the next day. we were able to switch to a different room the next day. although relatively "clean" both rooms were dingy w dirt/stains on the walls & carpets. not the clean & bright simple rooms i expect from a days inn. also, even though i paid ahead in full, my card was held again so an additional $500 was unavailable in my account for 6 days.

"The room was very reasonable, bathroom was big, size of the room was great"

Pros: The room was very reasonable, bathroom was big, size of the room was great. execllent value for money.
Cons: Location was close to the subway which was great. the room was a little dusty behind the bed and tables, but excellent value for money

Cons: Elevators, carpets are old, hotel needs some updating.

Pros: The front desk staff was very helpful with check in and check out. they were very polite.
Cons: There were a couple of hairs on the restroom floor. a couple were in the corner by the tub and the wall and there was one under the sink. otherwise the bathroom was very clean.
