 "A disappointed stay"
I am disappointed because the personel were not so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also not up to standard.

 "All in all nice stay"
The rooms were clean, breakfast was okay for the price, bed was comfortable, but you could hear every simple sound of your neighbours. Shuttle service worked perfectly, way to Manhatten took still more than one hour and was easiest via airtrain, which costs 5$ each way. Staff was very very friendly, check-out time of 12am was very nice.All in all for a few days a nice hotel, if you can deal with the long way to manhatten. Almost no possibilities near the hotel.

Pros: There was none i wasn;t happy i was quted one price and paid 120 more will never stay there angan plus your infromation is out dated to the hotel .the only thing good was the young lady that cleaned my room
Cons: When i needed to shorten my trip i couldn't so i was suck there in a snow strom wasn;t happy

 "The night manager was good and i trusted him"
Pros: The night manager was good and i trusted him.
Cons: There was no record of my online reservation when i arrived... something screwy happened... so,
i was placed in the last room available which is near the front entrance. i could hear the conversations in the lobby including a nasty domestic violence issue which was very unpleasant.
breakfast was cereal, muffins, waffle machine...

Pros: The room was clean, the night manager was helpful andi got a good night's sleep.
Cons: Continental breakfast was skimpy. at 8a.m. most of the baked goods were gone and nothing was replenished. many guests came in after me and were disappointed over the lack of choice in what was left.
