Pros: The location was great with easy access to where we wanted to visit during our trip to ny. the size for 4 ladies travelling together was workable with bed configurations
Cons: We discovered that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that were covered in rice . even after putting the washer on we had to rewash dishes off of the rice before using. all the kitchen cupboards and benches were grubby and required whiping over as well.

Pros: Easy contacting the agent - even with a delayed arrival of four hours. a lot of bars nearby. subway stations nearby. great starting point to explore new york!
Cons: The pictures on the homepage did not match exactly to the appartment. the appartment (we stayed in no. 16) appeared to be bigger on the homepage.

Pros: Great little apartment, comfortable with a distinct personality, on the edge of soho.well equipped. less than a 5 min walk to whole foods market.
Cons: Its on the fifth floor with no lift.

Cons: Facilities suit two couples. couchette and folding bed well below standard. apartment far too small for extra beds. extreme difficulty contacting agent on arrival. waiting almost an hour on the street.
