"I would like to thank the staff for being so faithful and honest"

Pros: I would like to thank the staff for being so faithful and honest. i live in new jersey and i left my coach wallet in the room i stayed in. 12 hours later i called and they did not have it. someone on the staff found it the next day and your employee elanor was kind enough to keep my information to call me and mail it to my address in nj. i would recommend this hotel to anyone. thank you again!

Pros: Excellent reception by easily accessible staff, clean rooms with good functionalites. breakfast included. shuttle to station. we, family of 4, booked late and rooms were available - all decent hotels on mattnahttan in this price range fully booked. good alternative for us.
Cons: Location remote in industrial environment, a place to stay overnight with need to taxi in to the city for any activity. no yellow cabs available, hotel can help to good limo service ($50 to south manhattan).

Cons: The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from subway. it wasn't a bad walk at all, but if you are even 1 minute after 11pm, the hotel staff will not pick you up from subway.

"They accomodated me even though after booking through your website, arrived..."

Pros: They accomodated me even though after booking through your website, arrived and found that there were no rooms available. i was not notified in advance.
Cons: Yes, arrived at the hotel and was told that they had sent your company an e-mail saying there were no rooms available. no-one bothered to let me know that. after a long drive from virginia beach, va to long island city, that is not what i want to hear! they kindly found a room for me as i am a marriott gold member.
