Cons: The freezing temperatures caused a water main to burst, the hotel lost all water pressure in the morning, making it impossible to brush our teeth, shower, or even flush the toilet. the hotel staff did not offer any solutions or offer any repayment. i realize they did not have control over it, but they did not seem concerned about keeping their guests happy and were content to simply say, "there is nothing that we could have done to prevent it."
