Pros: The majority of the front desk staff was courteous and accommodating. i was afraid since i booked on a third-party website that i would get the worst room. instead i got one of the best rooms with a patio and great views. room was clean and comfortable (it's tight, but it's new york). i forgot my toothpaste and was able to get one from the front desk. i was also able to print my airline tickets for my flight back home. the value for money was beyond compare.
Cons: If there was any negative to this experience, it may be the single elevator for the hotel. it was slow at time and before checkout it actually got stuck. if that happens, just push the door so it slides completely shut :) but honestly i have zero complaints.

Pros: Great location, clean and nice room, great price - i'd definitely stay there again.
Cons: No problems, although there isn't much room in the room to unpack and put away your clothes.

Pros: The staff is the reason that i keep coming back to this hotel.
Cons: Breakfast very so-so. very slow elevator. terrace rooms in the summer have mosquitos and other bugs.

Pros: Hotel in good location and most of the staff we very friendly and helpful
Cons: Despite confirmation being received of room type booked upon arrival room was not available and was told nothing could be done about it, ended up having to sleep on camp bed for duration of stay. one staff member very unhelpful and rude
