Pros: The location was great and central to all the major tourist site in new york.the staff at 373 were all pleasant and helpful.our room was basic but claen and comfortable.we found next door to the hotel a great deli that offered a good and varied breakfast at a reasonable price
Cons: We enjoyed our stay at 373,most of the time we were out and about in new york but on our return the room was comfortable with a modern tv.the only improvements would be some space for hanging clothes and in addition to the coffee making facilities it would be nice for tea making to be available

Pros: The central location of this hotel worked great for me. it is within walking distance of herald square, macy's, grand central, and so much more. hotel staff was quick to respond to requests.

Pros: Location was excellent, rooms were very clean. bed was amazing.

Pros: The reception staff was excellent

Pros: I got it for $200 a night through easytobook, which was a bargain for midtown manhattan. it was modern, clean, quiet, had a friendly staff, the room was nice, the bathroom was clean and modern, and there was free wireless internet. and right out the door was lots of good food.
Cons: The hotel did not have any amenities such as bar, lobby, fitness center. just rooms.

Pros: The location was great and the empire state building was only about a block away. the hotel staff was very friendly and our room was very clean.
Cons: There is only one elevator that was so slow that i think i only used it twice in 4 days. the stairs were faster! we were on the 3rd floor and could hear all of the noise and traffic from the outside streets. also, we could hear everything in the hallway outside of our room. people using the elevator, the housekeeping shuffling around early in the morning - they should invest in some soundproof doors.
