Cons: Double beds two short (1.80-1.90m). better choose the queen bed rooms
Cons: The cable tv sucked, but then again, if you are in the middle of manhattan wasting time watching tv, then shame on you.
Cons: A little bit of street noise until 1 am and starting again at around 7 am
some folks were a bit noisy in the hallways until midnight, but afterwards quiet
Cons: The price you ordered and the price you get to pay at the arrive have a big difference, they should put the price together with taxes, we had to pay almost 200$ more at ariival, if knew that probably wouldnt order it
Cons: Website gave a total but this does not include 15% tax and an extra $3 daily. the real price was a bit of a surprise. the person cleaning our room took our towels each day but did not replenish them. we had to call front desk to deliver more towels. one morning someone left their alarm clock on and it went off..for a full hour. this was from 7am until 8am. apparently if you have a do not disturb sign on your door the hotel cannot enter by nyc law, even if your alarm clock is going off and you are not in the room. just an fyi for fellow travellers. please turn your alarm off before heading out on the town.
Cons: The room was small. i had a problem with the reservation. specifically, they did not have the type of room i requested at first. i felt i was lucky to finally get the room i wanted (i.e., double bed with private bath).
Cons: The room turned out to be noisier than i had expected; there is very little soundproofing, so you can hear people coming and going in the hallway. the airconditioning system was also a bit old and made a lot of noise, which made me hesitant to use it; luckily i didn't need to, but it might have been a problem in warmer weather. and i really do wish the room had a mini-fridge.
Cons: No internet connection during my stay
Cons: The description of the room charge implied that breakfast was included. when i inquired at the front desk they said that that is not correct.
Cons: Not very luminous / there was not hot water to take a shower all the time
