 "Gem of a Hotel"
We arrived approximately 6 hours before check in and hoped we would be able to at least store our luggage until our room was available. The receptionist gave us our room immediately and offered us breakfast which was really welcome - all at no extra chard. The room was compact but very nicely decorated and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, the shower was powerful. The breakfast was simple but very good quality. The location was a shortish distance from say Times Square and took about 20 to 30 mins in a taxi depending on traffic and time of day. The immediate surroundings were a bit shabby but packed with Chinese restaurants and a 5 minute ride away Little Italy provided many Italian restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort, customer service and location. My only regret is that we checked out at 4am and I forgot to leave a tip - how embarrassed am I.
