Pros: It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived? brilliant midtown location with a 2 minute walk to 5th avanue, very close to central park! rooms always spotless, staff friendly and helpful! would highly recommend.

Cons: Continental breakfasts became a little repetative and room maids need to be careful what they throw away, as we had a shopping bag left on top of a dressing table thrown away. it was reported to hotel staff.

Pros: Yes, we were treated courteously and received an upgrade from the king size room i booked to a duplex 3 bedroom apt with a full kitchen and livingroom, a den and a terrace for the same price! it was the cleanest hotel room i had ever been in.

Pros: The hotel location is excellent -- close enough to walk to times square without having to live in the chaos. great restaurants nearby and a short walk to fifth ave. and central park. the room was enormous, had a small kitchenette and a lot of closet space. it is perfect for a visit of several days. it also had internet access in the room.
Cons: The bathroom was small but clean and functional. don't count on the breakfast for any nutrition -- just bread and sweet rolls.

"The staff seemed pleasant"

Pros: The staff seemed pleasant. i did get a quote of $76 to park from one person (from 1am to 7pm), yet only $38 from the person when i arrived. the higher quote made me park around the corner and i am still not sure what is the correst pricing.
Cons: The breakfast is nothing more than muffins and coffee. they need to add some real protein.
