 "not as good as previous experience"
Rooms are not very clean, I found a dirty glass under the bed, left from previous customer. Was supposed to have minibar, but wasn't there. Room ok, large enough and beds comfortable. View is splendid. Most staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast quality is pretty average but the in-house coffee bar has good food. Did not try the Grill. Very convenient for UN staff visiting HQ and also for visiting mid-town.t is costly but that is the norm in NY.

 "Perfect location for city trip"
It is a good hotel - the rooms a realy big and the view was amazing! The are multiple delis or posibilities to get breakfast in the surounding. the area is save - even a k-9 dog is always at the hotel entrance ... Wifi & breakfast was to expensive - perhaps the should work in this one. The booking with easytobook was realy worth it ....

 "Fares not described"
This hotel is close to major NY attractions, the room was large, clean and comfortable, but hotel provided no free wi-fi. When I asked about wi-fi in the room, they informed a US$ 12,95 per day, which I agree. But, the fee was not for the room, it was for any device. So, they charged me 12,95 for my Iphone, my notebook and my son´s I pod. First, if one considers that wi-fi is free in the great majority of hotesl, charging is weird. Charging for device and not for room is unfair and charging without previous notification is totally unacceptable.

 "UN One Hotel review"
Room was a bit dated however the views were fantastic and room spacious too, we didn't spend lots of time in room.The area, Tudor City was great for us however some people may prefer to be closer to Times Square.

The + points!Reception A1 for service both on Arrival & DepartureHousekeeping A1 for service always clean and tidy!Room Service A1 prompt and food still hot!.......Views from Room on 29th Floor....amazing!...both Day & Night!The - Points!Room decor is tired with roome fro improvement!No mini-bar!Breakfast not in Room RateNo Tea & Coffee facility.....this was requested and provided within a few hours but refills had to be through Reception DeskLocation is good with lot's of local food outlets offering good food, Transport is available via Taxi or Bus service outside UN HQ 40 yards away ......Taxi to/from EWR around $90Good service from all the Staff!........These comments are from a Guest from UK.
