 "The staff was incredibly helpful and generous"
Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and generous. they fixed a booking glitch right away and upgraded our room.
Cons: Some things about the accommodations were off--the light in the bathroom was really poor, there was no ice machine, and there were no robes.
