Pros: The hotel is in a great location, short walk to times square and central park.
Cons: The hotel was ok, but very expensive for what it was. when we arrived we found brown stains on our towels which instantly put me off the place. despite being in a great location, the view from our window was of a brick wall! we were on our honeymoon and had politely emailed the hotel asking for a room with a nice view, but didn't receive any reply and then got the brick wall which was a bit disappointing. we also wanted to use the movie service on the first night when we got in but it wouldn't work. same thing on the second night. eventually it started working by our last night. it was mentioned to hotel staff who were very polite but not very helpful. overall, the location was good but for the price we paid we were disappointed with the hotel. with it being our honeymoon we tried to book the best place and felt a bit let down.
