Pros: Good clean rooms with friendly staff
Cons: On arrival the room allocation was incorrect, meaning that our teenage boys had to share a room. this was sorted out the next day but not ideal or what we had paid for.
Pros: Excellent location near the 6 subway. the room was kept comfortable and kept spotless daily. breakfast was adequate. staff helpful. i had a groundfloor room with no view and regretted not changing it which i could have done.
Cons: Noise from air con in the well outside my room , but i could have changed it.
