"Quietish location"

Pros: Quietish location.
Cons: Unclean carpets/lift/.phone didn't work properly,gaps in windows,fighting couple above us,in great need of refurbishment.

Cons: -bugs,bugs,bugs evervwhere! bed bugs bit us during the night, they were under the bed and they were disguisting!
-dirty sheets ( from blood of course- from the bugs)
-funnky smell in rooms and corridors

"Best part of our stay was the location"

Pros: Best part of our stay was the location. just a 15min walk from times square and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. although it is shared bathroom/toilet, this was not a problem as it was clean and not frequently used.

Pros: The hotel is very well situated (close to central park), the rooms/bathrooms were cleaned everyday, the towels were also changed everyday. the bed was comfortable. good place to stay when you can't spend too much on accomodation.
Cons: The smell in the corridors was not great. the hotel could do with a renovation!

"The location was great, the subway was close, you could walk to central..."

Pros: The location was great, the subway was close, you could walk to central park. the bathrooms were kept clean and the staff was helpful for the most part. i would suggest eating gigi's deli on west end street. they have great salads and pizza.
Cons: Make sure not to get a room between two bathrooms. my room had a very pungent smell of mildew and the air conditioner didn't work. however the room was cleaned everyday and i had plenty of soap.
