Cons: The room change had an agreed lower rate from management. this however was not reflected on my final bill and took 10 minutes to correct

Pros: Great staff, beautiful rooms and in a fab part of the city. would return again.
Cons: The price was a bit higher. i investigated the mansfield, the ny palace and the algonquin, they all came in at a better price. i cannot believe i could have booked the palace for $400.00 less.
