 "Excellent Hotel, Great Location, Friendly Staff"
Had a great 4 night stay at this hotel with my daughter. Hotel is great location as very short walk into Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy, Ground Zero. We walked straight up Broadway to Times Square but subway just around the corner only takes 10 minutes. Rooms were a reasonable size and beds very comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful, especially porter Eddie. Lots of places to eat nearby and Starbucks in hotel lobby. Would definately recommend!

Stayed 4 nights. Good locotion with view to Empire State building from room. The only thing we missed was refrigiator on room, the other things was very good.

Cons: When i arrived to the hotel the clerk could not find my reservation, she had to request the manager and he proceeded until he found it. i was patient but it was scary and it was my first hotel stay in nyc

Pros: Perfect location in the trendy area tribeca. a lot of good restaurants in the neighbourhood and cool shops in nextdoor neighbourhood soho.
Cons: The breakfast was very standard, it didnt live up to the expectations i had for this kind of hotel.
