Room is clean, nice location. In our first stay, our room was facing the street, quite noisy, and the air conditioner was very loud. We left for a 2 day trip to Boston, before we left, I requested a quiet room when we returned, and we did get a nice and quiet room. Should have requested for it in our first stay!

Pros: Great location and a good sized room.
Cons: Turned out to be more expensive when we came to pay for it than when we booked it (and not because of the exchange rate - they add on all kinds of taxes!)

"The staff was very friendly and helpful"
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. i was warned how small nyc hotel rooms were before i went, yet i was pleasantly surprised how large my room was at the skyline. larger than any hotel room i've ever had.
the a/c broke during one night and they had it fixed the very next day. friendly concierge.
Cons: Disappointing that there isn't free internet. parking isn't free either, but $10 per day isn't too bad.
