Cons: Basic double room was very small, but still, the room was clean and equipt and the bed was very comfortable . upgraded for more space and couldn't fault the new room.
Cons: The staff could be a bit abrupt but were helpful when required. the rooms are very small but good if you just need a place to sleep.
Cons: The room was noisy but that's to be expected at such a central city location.
Cons: No storage room for clothes or belongings. had to live out of a suitcase.
pipework very noisy, banging loudly throughout the night.
Cons: No lift and many steps up to the the room but staff will carry your bags
Cons: They should warn you of the 24hr parking garage rule- i had to pay double because i was 15 min over. if i was reminded by the garage or the hotel, that would have been better custer service.
Cons: Loud music from a bar or club near by or underneath was the only complaint
Cons: Room are super small, smell of cigarette around, quite noisy when children's play in the corridors ...

Cons: Very poor value for money. tiny, cramped room, very poorly decorated and tired looking corridors, looks like they have spent money on the recpetion area, and left the rest of the hotel to ruin. looked like nothing had been touched since the 1970's. filthy mat that lined the corridors, all dusty and crinkled, tired furniture and rooms finioshed to a basic standard. if you dont mind roughing it for a few days, but need to be in a good location, then this hotel will be fine for you. right next to little italy and a short stroll to soho and chinatown, so the location was great. but it did seem very expensive for the quality and standard of the hotel. wouldnt stay here again. id rather do more research and stay in the same area, but a nicer hotel
Cons: Way too expensive for a very tiny room without any windows except for a small in the ceiling.
