"The hotel was very well located for tourist attractions"
Pros: The hotel was very well located for tourist attractions. the staff were helpfull and courteous. the wine bar was good if a little noisey when full.
Cons: The biggest problem was room access. one elevator for twelve floors meant considerable frustrating delays at peak times. our room and general carpeting could have been cleaner. the room was short of storage space with only three small drawers and a small wardrobe for two people. a guest lounge would have been nice.

"Good location"
Pros: Good location. ask for a high room to avoid noise.
Cons: We were scheduled to stay there for 3 nights - we ate breakfast there only once. it was stale, poorly presented, and generally bad. needs improvement.

"In the middle of manhattan, just 1 block from 5th avenue"
Pros: In the middle of manhattan, just 1 block from 5th avenue. it's a 5 minutes walk to macy's. friendly staff, very nice room. room can be darkened, very quiet at night.
Cons: Breakfast was poor; sweets like cake etc. creamcheese bagels, orange juice, coffee. long wait at the elevator if you're on the 10th floor like we were. and wifi is not for free.

"I had a good stat"
Pros: I had a good stat. staff was friendly, rooms very clean. all very pleasant. only bad point: too expensive (i know, i know ny is expensive..but still). it would have helped if they had had a price for individual use of a double room (it is unfair that solo travellers have to pay so much)
