Pros: Great location
Cons: Breakfast staff member was rude. arrived down for breakfast at 6.55am and the waiter spoke to us with his back turned saying that it was 6.45am and would be open in 15 mins. raining heavy outside but chose to eat elsewhere

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location, the staff were friendly and helpful reception was warm inviting and bright and the room although small was clean.
Cons: View from room not good and also some lound noise from other guests during one of the nights in our 4 night stay.

Pros: Excellent location to time square with many activities and metro stations. very trendy party in every evening in the lobby bar, but didn't disdurb in 6th floor. the bed was super comfortable and it the room was a big flat tv screen.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location near two subways and near times square - close to all the action but not too close. we had a third floor room that was quiet contrary to some reviews. i thought the room was small but given the location, price and that we were out most of the time it was fine. the bed was super comfortable. the staff were very courteous and efficient. it was also handy to be able to use the internet and print docs free of charge in the 'business centre.
Cons: Only that they overcharged us $20 on the advertised room rate for one night. we were in a hurry when leaving so overlooked it at the time.

Pros: That lobby! i could have spent the entire holiday in the lobby and the aspen lounge. (of course, i didn't.) the location was incredibly central, but the rooms were still quiet.
Cons: The rooms were average, not as special as you would expect given the decor at the entrance. the smoke alarm was directly above the pillow and flashed a very bright light every few minutes - v annoying for jetlagged travellers trying to nod off.

Pros: It was very well decorated and the location was amazing. it wasn't directly on broadway (times square) so it wasn't as loud but it was 4-5 doors down to it so it was easy to get to.
Cons: My reservation wasn't in the system and it took 10 minutes to sort it out. the bathroom got stuck and i had to call 3 times to get someone to come and fix it. they gave me a continental breakfast which consisted of 1 croissant, 1 scone, or a danish.
