It was a bit difficult to find the Hotel at first, but once found, it was a really nice place to stay at. Was very central to everything,reasonably priced & clean. The rooms are cosy & the staff are nice. Overall, a really nice place to stay at ^_^

the hotel was a great location, clean and fine for what we wanted. the rooms were snug but comfortable, the staff on reception wasn't the friendliest of people...which was a bit of a shame but overall good stay. it was quite a lot of money for the size of room but would recommend just for location.

hostess looked a little tired and smiled with difficulty but this hotel is nice, quiet and very will located between Time Square / 5th av and Central Park/Macy's

Wie really enjoyed this hotel, the rooms are very clean, the maid service and hotel management is excellent. The breakfast is nothing special but good to have as a small start into the day. Devastating's the location of this accommodation between 5th and 6th Avenue, near to Time Square, supermarket (Duane Reade) and McDonald's + subway-Metro entry around the corner, across the building Starbucks and Subway...let's keep it short and simple - we will come back again to this hotel!

good ,frenly ,the situation is very good and complete our expectatives.for us was very interestring all renovation programa and the only a little poor was the tv chanel number and quality of some chanel viuve.

Hi. We liked the hotel. The price was right. Nice room, but to hot so we had troubles sleeping. We couldn't get the temperature down. The AC work but not hard enough. The other thing that didn't work was our request to get a glutenfree breakfast. We specificly ask about it in an email before we arived. That's a pitty. Now we had to buy our own bread and take it to the breakfastlounge. But otherwise, we loved our stay in New York and we will come back!

Some things could be improved, for instance, vacuuming of the carpets (they actually didn't look vacuumed at all), cleaning of the flooring near to and in the corners. Also, there was a very strong unpleasant smell of humidity in the room. Noise outside might be temporal, but at the moment it disturbs a lot.

Pros: Excellent location!
Cons: The bathroom had a bad odor. we ended up purchasing air freshener.
the "no standing in front of hotel" sign was ignored during the day. this made it difficult when it came time to check out. we were not able to move our car from the garage to in front of hotel for easy loading because of construction vehicles parked in this zone.

Pros: Great location and breakfast!
good place to sleep in and to travel from
Cons: Noisy room and cold shower without heating device. i had to operate the hair dryer to heat the bathroom. pretty small too. oh, and only a thin blanket as default. maybe they could supply better if asked.

Pros: Perfect location for access to the whole of new york - excellent as we wanted to do all of the tourist attractions. staff were always helpful & friendly when we spoke to them, the room was a good sized & clean. breakfast was a welcome bonus.
Cons: Construction work to front & rear of the hotel, although we obviously realise that there was nothing the hotel could do about it!

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to times square.
Cons: Did not like plastic cutlery or paper plates at breakfast, but that seemed the norm for whereever we travelled. would like natural yoghurt as well at breakfast.coffee was so-so ?

Pros: The location beats everything, but breakfast is a treat and the staff was excellent in retrieving lost property left behind abd keeping it until it was arranged to be picked up a few days later.
Cons: On the last day one of the two elevators was out of service for repair, without notifying the guests in advance, which created a lot of waiting for the remaining elevator, especially as we were to bring down our luggage.

Pros: Amazing location, right next to time square, in the centre of everything that is manhatten - and affordably priced for a manhatten hotel - nice sized hotel rooms (three times as big as yotel!), simple but okay breakfast, courteous staff, clean rooms with good bathrooms, good tv and channel selections, friendly pub in the building, tourist information facilities, and good wifi / internet facilities. not a luxury hotel but certainly not basic either.
Cons: Slightly dated interior decor (i thought it was going to be more contemporary "boutique") but clean and adequate - it is next to a building site at the moment but noise is not too considerable (i had windows open all the time), and only during the daytime. the view out the window was poor however - onto scaffolding and concrete.
