Good part: Excellent service and good location. Very clean rooms and nice bubble Bad part: very small rooms and much too noisy during the night (from outside) Our room was located on the front of the hotel.

Pros: Very friendly responsive staff
Cons: I wasn't given a receipt for the stay. i was told it would be emailed to me but i never received it.
also i was given a basement room. that should've been very clear in the reservation that i was being put in the basement.

Pros: Very helpful staff, good location (close to shops, restaurants etc.), subway station nearby, very good value for money.
Cons: Rooms are small, but they all are in manhattan, so it was not really bothering me, since i was expecting it. only real negative thing was that they run out of towels one day and we didn't get new ones until 6pm even though we called to the reception. finally we had to go for a dinner without having a shower at all, which wasn't really nice after walking the whole day (our old towels were already picked up, so we couldn't use them either). they seemed to have a real issue with towels, since two other days it happened so that we got towels, but only for one person, not two (our reservation was for 2 persons). luckily we got more towels when we called to the reception and didn't have to wait more than 10min this time. despite of this towel episode everything was really great.

Pros: The room is clean and has convenient facilities. free wifi. the hotel is near subway and a food supermarket. china town and little italy are within walking distance.

Pros: The location couldn't have been better for my needs in nyc. having the subway and a whole foods market right across the street was wonderful. it was great having a frig and microwave in the room.......had the microwave worked, it would have been better!
Cons: The house-keeping left something to be desired. my room smelled strongly of mildew unless i kept the air conditioner on at all timmes. (the ac was necessary also because the room became very stuffy fast as it was small and the window could not be opened. one day my room was not made up at all, and a couple of other days it was done in the late afternoon. it looked like the vacuum was not passed on a regular basis, either
