Pros: The hotel is well-located to times square. our room at the back of the hotel is one of the most quiet i've ever experienced in ny.
Cons: The front desk is lightly staffed, which can mean long waiting times at check-in/-out.

"The location and staff are a plus"

Pros: The location and staff are a plus. i would certainly return.
Cons: My first given room was too tiny and the air conditioner was noisy and not efficient at all. this situation was promptly fixed after talking to the staff. i've got a new better room in a matter of minutes.

Cons: No air conditioner in room. they only have them in certain rooms, but don't tell you that upon checkin. very small rooms. maids don't leave enough towels. had to let them know multiple times.
