"easter in NY"

excellent friendly hotel. The small buffet breakfast was a nice surprise. Jusy a few pastries but it was welcome as we ate too much at dinner. The only critism is that the doorman(s) were lazy about the bags. Hotel was an excellent location and a definite italian feel to it. We would certainly go there again. We can't say that about all the hotels in NY we have stayed at!

Cons: Hotel room should provide coffee and tea making facilities, this is the 21 century.
also having to pay $9.99 per day for internet connection is day light robbery this works out at $300 per month outrageous.

"I love this hotel"

Pros: I love this hotel. the rooms and and lobby, bar, etc., are beautiful, the staff is friendly and willing to help in every way, and the location is ideal.
