"Good location"

Pros: Good location. helpful staff. good breakfast, though at 5 minutes walking distance
Cons: Very small room. hotel signpost hard to locate. building still under construction, therefore elevator was sometimes used by construction workers and not available to guests

Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. the rooms were clean and well decorated.
Cons: I did find some trash under the bed and the size of the room could've been a bit bigger.

Pros: Hotel was clean and comfortable, a good value for the price. location was close to the subway and the diner where the continental breakfast is served is a short walk from the hotel (don't expect service with a smile at the diner, but the food is good).
Cons: The hotel staff were not friendly as one would expect. no greeting when you enter or exit the hotel unless you said hello first. they need to work on customer service skills. the roof top terrace was not open. a bit noisy with construction going on outside the rooms, but at least it was only during the day.

Pros: Good location, close to good resturants and bars. nice shower room.
Cons: Should've been told the hotel was still under construction, couldn't even tell it was a hotel from outside! staff had no respect for guests sleeping on the same floor as front desk, late at night. and because i assume because it was still construction, the room had no hairdryer, ipod dock, coffe making facilities as stated in the description.
