 "Nice and clean, no buks, good breakfast, good coffee, great location, cozy..."
Pros: Nice and clean, no buks, good breakfast, good coffee, great location, cozy hotel, good beds, sophisticated atmospherein hotell
Cons: Sink was broken, not nice that price place, breakfast seating and tables is not enough, has to stand up for breakfast, coffee maker in the room would be needed, chicken eggs were missing one morning

 "The room was very clean and pleasant"
Pros: The room was very clean and pleasant. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind.
i have came to the hotel very early (at 9 am) just to put my baggage. while the check-in should be at 3 pm. the staff do their best to prepare my room earlier so i could check-in at 12.
i have also ask to print some private material and they let me do it without any extra charge
i will definitely consider to stay in the hotel in my next visit in nyc

The room was very clean and pleasant

During your stay in New York, a visit to either Museum of American Financial History or South Street Seaport is more than worth it.
