Cons: Tired room furnishings - older hotel
Cons: No air conditioning. the window would not open.
Cons: The sound isolation from the street was not so good, being used to total quietness at home by night. also there was a stove, micro but no plates or silver ware to use.
Cons: View out of window was a brick wall 3 feet away, very dated decor, hot water took 5 minutes to come through, toilet kept blocking
Cons: Rooms a bit old fashioned - no kettle
Cons: This was a 2-star hotel with a four star lobby and staff
Cons: Our romm could have been updated alittle, wallpaper peeling in spots. we were also unablt to use the air conditioning because they turn it off in the winter. room was small and stuffy, needed some air. hair dryer didn't work, lamp didn't work either and sometimes the toilet ran.
Cons: On arrival we were allocated a very poor room. the room was dirty, the linen torn and the pull out bed was falling apart. the kitchenette area contains no cutlery or crockery of any sort, bizarre. i complained about the room and we were moved to a mucher better, recently renovated room. all hotel rooms in new york carry significant additional taxes on top of the stated rate. your website did not clearly state this when we booked. i note that it now does show the taxes and fees as a separate item.
Cons: No
Cons: Rooms are smaller than we had expected. one of their elevators went down so the wait was about twice as long for a lift. we would have taken the stairs but they only go between 2 floors.
Cons: Old hotel,poor maintenence,small rooms
Cons: Rooms are horribly small, bad heating, small beds. the double hardly fit 2 people.
Cons: Room was small, inparticular bathroom, really really small.
taxi was booked on our behalf by member of staff but taxi didn't turn up. however they did get us another taxi, we were lucky we had given ourselves loads of time to get to the airport as we were half an hr delayed by this.
