We thing that your food was to exspencive on the hotel, to many cakes in the morning.when we order from the menucard the menu was soo small.But we can say that is not the last time in your Yotel.Best reguards Mads and Carina

Great service even though it is a boutique hotel. The only down side is the shape of the sink because the water did not drain as fast.. But other than that, great location. Close enough to walk to all of the "touristy" spots, but far enough to not have to deal with the heavy foot traffic. The food on the 4th floor was great. Didn't like one plate and the manager did not hesitate to offer a different plate. Great service again. I will def come back!

very clean and stylish rooms. free wifi and free coffee/tea/muffins in the morning. pc at lobby is also available for free. perfect location at times square, market, subway and bus station in the near. friendly hotel stuff and service.

Pros: Modern hotel with nice, clean rooms. impressive view over the manhattan skyline. well insulated windows and a quiet air conditioning ensure a good sleep.
Cons: Air conditioning was broken in the first room i received, but the staff were quick to offer me a new room when i asked.

Pros: Staff very helpful and rooms clean.
Cons: Bed broken and after repaired was still broken so we had to pack up and move rooms. fire alarm went off and we were told to stay until investigated. we were eventually cleared, no fire, but no compensation for our inconvenience.

Pros: I didn't have an adaptor plug to load my mobile phone. i bought one at the reception, but didn't manage to actually use it (adaptor worked all right). i could return the adaptor without any problems.
Cons: When collecting my luggage that was kept in the storage room, i had to wait 15 minutes before i was told they couldn't find it. i had to accompany the employee to the storage room. the employee, however, was very helpful and really annoyed about the situation. he was even more annoyed when he had to interrupt his search on request of a senior employee...
