The Michael Perez Pop Art Gallery is the personal gallery of a New York City-born modern pop artist named Michael Perez. He opened the gallery as a way to interact with his clients and admirers, and as a way to do his part to keep New York City a cultural center for the arts. Michael Perez's artwork has been showcased in Distinction Magazine, Hamptons Magazine, House Magazine, Art Business News, and Hispanic Business Magazine. His work has only appeared on numerous front covers of Dan's Paper, a Long Island weekly paper.
The artist has appeared on NBC's Weekend Today Show, the largest national Spanish television network called Univision, news stations throughout the tri-state area, several different radio stations, and numerous local and national newspapers. Michael Perez's personal galleries have appeared in the television show, Law & Order, and the NBC reality show, I Want to Be a Hilton. Pieces of his art have appeared in other television shows like Friends and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. The modern artist has also donated some of his art to charities like the September 11th Fund, The Make a Wish Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
