"Weekend in Philly"

We had a wonderful time! The staff working the front desk were amazing! We asked them several questions over the course of the weekend and each time they were helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. The suite was very spacious and clean. The views of Philadelphia from our balcony were breathtaking. We had a wonderful weekend.

Pros: Our room was spacious and clean. the bathroom sink was clogged, but the hotel staff were very prompt to have it serviced.

Weekend in Philly

Because The Windsor Suites has so many rooms, you have plenty of options to choose from. Rated with 3 stars, this accommodation is certainly higher than average. The property enjoys an enviable location only a short distance from Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site.

A bar/lounge can be found here, along with an arcade/game room, is a welcome addition to the common areas of The Windsor Suites. Have a meal at one of the hotel's 2 restaurants. With swimming facilities including an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), the fun is never watered down. A limousine service is one of the hotel's services. You also can make use of a concierge service and a bell boy service here. Work space is plentiful: areas on site are prepared for meetings of all sorts. There are facilities especially suitable for business guests here, such as a business center.

The presence of air conditioning in The Windsor Suites will keep you cool on hot days. For those of us who enjoy convenience, a wake-up service and a daily housekeeping service are included in the rooms of the accommodation. Communication from the rooms is made easier by the presence of wireless high-speed Internet access (complimentary). A pillowtop mattress is found in the rooms, making the beds even more comfortable. In the bathrooms of the rooms a magnifying mirror can be found alongside a shower/bath combination.
