What a lot of visitors don’t know about Vietnam is just how big the coffee culture is here. Cat Dang is an oasis of lush, green beauty in the heart of the big city.

Given that this is Ho Chi Minh City, it goes without saying that the coffee here is superb, with fresh beans arriving every morning, but there’s also a breakfast menu, full of items that out-of-towners will find exotic and even strange, to say the least, as well as more familiar dishes.
