 "The hotel was in a great location, close to everything, and the rooms were..."
Pros: The hotel was in a great location, close to everything, and the rooms were clean. also had a computer in the room where you could access web and internet. they hotel desk staff were excellent at booking tours on short notice. breakfast was included in the room price and they organised a pick up from the airport.
Cons: Couple things in the room didn't work and the lights in the hall needed the bulbs replaced so management could improve standard maintenance for the place. most guesthouses we stayed at through se asia included bottle water complimentary but we were charged for the water. not a big deal but would be good if they advised bottled water etc you would be charged. breakfast provided was below average but was included in the room price
