The staff wa so friendly and helpful
Location was not good. it was far from the central of hanoi old- quarter so everyday we had to take taxi there and cost a lot. the hotel was so narrow as it is about 3 ms in width so the room is very narrow as well. the pictures from the website are fake. we no recommend this hotel.
