Pros: Crazy hotel
Cons: I have never complained in a hotel so it takes a lot to prompt me. ordered breakfast to have in our room but staff did not pick up the menu from outside our door the night before. annoying enough but when i called reception to inform them i was told someone would be sent up immediately. 10 minutes later nothing and so we decided to go down for breakfast instead. having explained situation again to managment we were told that we must have called the wrong number! breakfast manager did apologize but by the time we sat down, service was clearing up and we were told food would be cleared away in 5mins. v.poor!
spent the day around hoan kiem lake and returned to hotel late afternoon. my wife needed something quick to eat (being pregnant) so she grabbed something from sushi bar next door. brought the food to the hotel bar but we were told we couldn't eat it as it was advertising someone else's brand... i called the manager and he told us we had to eat it either in our room or order from their own menu. they wouldn't even take our drink order. i can understand if we were passers by in off the street but to treat your guests like this is pretty bad.
in a nutshell, managment will not care about you and the hotel service in general will make you feel dissappointed and ripped off.
