We stayed in this hotel twice: first stay - 2 nights and the second stay: 6 nights. The staff is very friendly, the service is impeccable. On our arrival, we had a problem with a hot water in our room. Once complained, we were moved within 10 minutes to another room. We booked two tours, Hoa Lu-Tam Coc and Perfume Pagoda. Enjoyed both of them very much. We had a very friendly taxi pickup from the airport on pur arrival and taxi ride to the airport on the departure. Both were on time and the drivers were extremely cautious. The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes or so walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is some noise coming from the street, but in the evening it is quite minor, so you don't pay attention to it.The breakfast is adequate, with many choices for a "main dish". The juice was usually quite diluted. To summarize, five thumbs up! Very recommended if you are in Hanoi.
