One of the many beautiful lakes you can find throughout the city of Hanoi, Tien Quang is known as a popular setting for a game of pedalo, a local sport (though there are some football fans who might beg to differ). Found on Trang Nhan Dong street, this lake is complete with a small pagoda and an educational cultural center, where you can find information on the lake and surrounding area, or you can ask the staff any questions you might have.

Many of the park’s frequent visitors recommend visiting the park early in the morning while it’s calm and quiet. Doing so, you can see the balloon sellers that frequent the park setting up shop for the day. However, the tradeoff in early morning visits is that the cultural center and pagoda will be closed, and you may have to wait around for a little while for them to open
