Omega Hotel Hanoi

2. after booking we contacted with hotel to arrange the pick-up from the airport and they agreed to arrange it for free because we booked to stay for 4 nights and use their trips. however, when we arrive ( 11.00p.m) there was no one there waiting for us. we were really worried and disapointed to wait there for half an hour more they still not yet come. then my friend called to hotel, a lady’voice picked up phone to say apologiest that they forget it and suggested to take taxi. check-in at the hotel was slow due to the lack of staff on the reception desk. the staff were not very welcoming and they seemed to be sleepy. the decoration of the rooms was poor and the bathroom reminded me of student accomodation. the room was very old. the phone, the shower, the toilet. the bed and pillows are hard. they could put more effort, to make the room more modern. the toilet doesnt flush as good. i did find the shower dangerous. check-out after 4 days and we are surprised that we were charged 15 usd for the pick-up. we complained to the man called hotel manager but he was rude to say that they did not pick us up so we had to pay the the taxi... crazy service. never stay at this hotel.

The website information is imprecise, whereby website indicated free drinks is included in the package, but we never received any complimentary drinks.and, the photo displayed on their website is different with what you see in the hotel. also, the toilet is stink although they clean it everyday. the cockroach is crawling on the floor for the whole night. be careful when you inquire about the tour package, as they imposed distinct price for the same tour on the different days.
