Pros: My wife and i spent our 10th wedding anniversary in hanoi and stayed at the sunrise hotel. we chose it because of the fine reviews on trip advisor. i must say that however glowing the reviews were they could never do the hotel, staff and atmosphere justice. we only had one night to stay but "wow" how they made it special. first there was an upgrade to a beautiful deluxe overlooking the streets. fantastic room service. try the afternon tea it`s a must. nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone of them genuinely seemed happy to there. i would like to thank all of the staff for there kindness and congratulate the management in assembling a great team, they are an absolute credit to them and the company.

Pros: If you want a nice hotel away from the madness of old quarter, this is a good place. located in center of old town, it is ideal place for those looking for high end shopping and have fun altogether. the hotel is being upgraded and the rooms are very nicely appointed, modern and great shower pressure. we booked the trip to halong bay and sapa ith them and got free drop-off. breakfast was also very good with varied dishes. highly recommended.

Pros: They were extremely helpful, sincerely doing their best to make sure we enjoyed their hotel & made the most of hanoi. i will definitely use them again. room were extremly clean, nice and comporatable... all in all is 10/10. arriving in hanoi, we felt that it was a crazy/busy city. as soon as we arrived in the jasmine hotel we felt like we were home. they advised us the best vietnamese restaurant to try in hanoi. they also organized our trip to halong bay, which was fantastic. a big thank you to the sunrise hotel hanoi which made our trip in hanoi exceptional.

Cons: Room in front is large and beautiful. however, it is a bit noisy from the traffic.
