Hotel in Hernals Viena  

Pros: Value for money
Cons: Different qualit of rooms

Pros: The hotel need a little refreshments, but it was good value for the money. rooms are huge, but there was no light under the shower, there is no cabel tv and no fridge. there was internet connection only in one of the buildings. the breakfast was fine. the best thing about this hotel is his location. there is tram stop only 2min away which will take you to the university of vienna and from there starts the ring around inner city. 5min from the hotel is a bus stop for bus 10a which will take you straight to schonbrunn castle.

Pros: It has a loveley outdoor area where you can pick up internet and relax.
staff - exisited
room - nice bathroom
breakfast - had cereal, tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread, spreads, ham and cheese.

tram stops not far from the hotel which puts you in the centre within 5-10mins. very easy.

overall we were happy that we stayed here as it was cheaper then a share room hostel and we had a room to ourselves; however i would seriously reconsider staying there again and would not recommend it to anyone without being completely informative of the hotel.
Cons: Staff - the staff are rude, abrupt and not willing to help you out to much. we booked our room under the assumption that it had internet in our room and a t.v. no internet in our room and the t.v did not work unless you held the antenna in your hand.

room - the room had dirt marks on the walls. our t.v did not work and when we asked about why we couldnt receive internet in our room we were told that it is only in the front building. no chance of changing rooms. we also had a cleaner just try and walk in with his keys without knocking to see if it was ok to come in. the room was located in a busy area which mean that the windows could not be left open or you wouldnt sleep and it was hot in the room.
