Descripción
Estos apartamentos están completamente equipados y son muy cómodos y elegantes. Se encuentran a una corta distancia de Las Ramblas, en el Casco Antiguo de Barcelona, y están convenientemente situados con respecto al Paseo de Gracia, a El Borne en el Barrio Gótico y cerca de la Catedral.
Los apartamentos son un excelente punto de partida para recorrer la ciudad durante su estancia y ofrecen la independencia y privacidad que los hoteles convencionales no pueden dar. Ya sea que se quede un par de días, semanas o meses, usted puede trabajar, explorar la ciudad o simplemente relajarse como si estuviera en su casa.
El área cuenta con un buen servicio de transporte público (ya que está en la zona más céntrica de Barcelona). La Plaza de Cataluña y la Estación de Metro Liceo están a una corta distancia de los apartamentos y también hay muchos recorridos de autobús y paradas de taxi en los alrededores.
Todos los apartamentos pueden alojar hasta 6 personas y disponen de :
2 habitaciones con 2 camas dobles + 1 cocina completamente equipada + 1 baño completo + salón con sofa-cama.
Todos los apartamentos son nuevos y están amueblados como su propio hogar.
IMPORTANTE: Al momento del check-in debe abonar un depósito de EUR 300,00 el cual es devuelto después de controlar que todo haya quedado en un estado razonable.
ENTREGA DE LAS LLAVES: Las llaves del apartamento, un mapa de cómo llegar, y un mapa de Barcelona, se entregan en el Boutique Hotel Barcelona, ubicado en Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1. Está abierto las 24 horas.

Walking distance from las ramblas was a positive, and the apartments were very clean and had most things we needed. I was not contacted by the apartment owners prior to our stay, i called them a couple of days before as we had not received any information on what to do when we got to barcelona. we had to go to an address in the middle of the night (as that's when we arrived) which looked closed, and had to pay everything upfront before even seeing the apartments, we were not 100% happy about doing this. we were also told that we would get the deposit we paid on our credit cards back within 2-3 days if there was no problems. now they are saying it could take 1-1.5 months unless we provide a load of extra details which i am not happy about doing. not the service we were expecting to be honest.
the apartment was a lot smaller than advertised, one of our showers was not attached to the wall and the other didn't work fully - i.e. went hot and cold throughout the shower. we thought the area was slightly dodgy, a lot of taxi drivers would not take us there, and myself and a friend were mugged on the corner to placa de sant miquel - next to out aprtments.Gaynor Llewellyn

Excellent location, very central to barcelona, easy directions to collect keys and to apartmentStaff very quick to collect 300 euro deposit, very slow at returning deposit, i had to call spain to chase up. so much so that the sterling/euro rate changed significantly, i am now out of pocket nearly 20 pounds out of pocketKatrina Jones

Situated in a very good position just of las ramblas, you get what you pay for.Ants had clearly made themselves at home in the kitchen. was not aware that staff would let themselves into appartment to do washing whilst we were out and leave windows wide open!!Anónimo

Excellent location. apartment was a good size for 4 and was clean and tidy. The only disappointment was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen which made it impossibble to eat in. we did inform the hotel, but the knives took a few days to arrive. also the shower is disappointing as it ran out of hot water - this problem still existed even after the hotel replaced the boiler.
in addition - i had to pay 300 euros for the deposited - which as yet has not been re-paid. any help you can give in assisting the return of this deposit would be appreciated. thanksSifferlinger Wolfgang

We stayed in the las ramblas apartments i on templers st. we had a large two bedroom apartment though there were just two of us. perfect location in old town (the best area in barcelona). the apartment had two (small) balconies and old wooden double doors onto them. great way to pretend like you live there! the price was very reasonable too!Anónimo

Apartments are simple clean and in a very central location, which is great for tourists. excellent value for money for large groups.These apartments are adequate considering value for money, however, they are not luxury apartments or 4*.
don't stay here if you are a group of rowdy foreigners! as a group of 11, we were incredibly careful to be quiet and respect house rules, however, it feels as if the owners have had problems in the past and would not be tolerant of any excess noise after 10pm. those who ignore the rules could find themselves out on the street!!
the area around the flat seemed to get very, very rough late at night. i wouldn't let this put other visitors off, but those considering staying in this area should be aware of the risks.Anónimo

A delightful little appartment in the gothic area.The appartment was a bit difficult to find (street names are in catalan in some maps & in spanish on others) it wasn't particularly well equipped (no tea-towels, only 4 mugs) but otherwise very happy with it. please watch your property in barcelona!! almost every group of tourists we spoke to had had a handbag snatched- as did weAnónimo

Definately a prime location, just by the city hallin the gothic quarter, a few steps from las ramblas. the apartment is very comfortable, about 65-70 square metres well designed. it has a full kitchen that we used to prepare some food some days. the bathroom is all right. very clean. the building and the area are very nice.Everything was vey good, maybe the elevator is too slow.Anónimo

De ligging is perfectWe hadden geen warm water toen we arriveerden, ik heb drie dagen na mekaar gebeld hiervoor en telkens werd me beloofd het in orde te komen maken en dit is nooit gebeurt. bijgevolg hebben wij daar 4 dagen geen druppel warm water gehad. ik vind dit onaanvaardbaar!
we habben ook een extra paar sleutels gevraagd. die zouden de dag erna gebracht worden maar uiteraard hebben we dat paar sleutels ook nooit gezien.
