Pros: Desde el exterior no se aprecia lo cuidado que está. el lounge común es una maravilla, muy acogedor, prensa gratuita, internet e impresora gratis, máquinas de snacks,... un sitio para repetir. !ah, y servicio de seguridad las 24h!
Contras: Nada relevante. las prostitutas de la calle montera no es culpa del hotel.

Pros: Very central location, we were able to walk to all the sights during our stay. the hotel is modern style and very clean. in the morning you can pay 1 euro and have croissants and coffee. the coffee machine is available all day for you to use. i would definitely stay in this hotel again. many thanks to all the staff

Pros: For a tourist the location is in the center of everything
Cons: Room was the size of a postage stamp. purchased a room with two beds but got a single bed. if you want a hooker this is your best choice.

Cons: Smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in. approx 30cm around the bed is the only space.
the bathroom door clear glass = no privacy.

Pros: This is a brand new hotel that they are still working on and i predict a bright future. myself and the girlfriend loved our stay here. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the look of the hotel is quite unique, and the lounge room is impressive with a self catering inclusion. i will definitely stay here again when i return to madrid. it is also very central.
Cons: The only negative about the hotel is the street it is on. it is full of ladies of the night, and morning dressed in their sunday best seedy clothes, but who only hassle single lads walking alone. but there is no problem with tourists here it is actually amusing and entertaining to sit outside having a coffee and watch the shenanigans.
