Pros: Personal agradable que nos ayudó con todo lo que pudo.
Contras: Está situado en una zona de mucha marcha en miami, lo que a la vez de ser bueno, es muy malo si lo que buscas es descansar, ya que el ambiente de la calle no te deja dormir.

Pros: Location,location,location...was good
Cons: First time i was experiencing chinc in bed, that the first room i went, i mean chinc everywhere, awful first impression, hotel needs serious upgrading for such a nice local, and maybe flat screen tvs in each room would be a easy diversion from a drabby decor,but pleaseeee the chincs, do summtn about that

Pros: Polite, friendly,helpful and efficient staff. great location. old hotel with obvious cutting of corners on maintenance, and short on luxury ,but room was neat , clean and in good repair.

Pros: It's a older, but clean property. the espanola way location makes it desirable. for the price during the miami baot show, it's worth it.

Pros: Our interactions with them over the phone prior to arrival were very positive. they answered all our questions including inquiries about inexpensive public transportation from the airport. the front desk was very polite and pleasant when we checked in and other hotel employees were helpful and nice whenever encountered throughout our stay. the management responded positively to a couple of issues we raised about our original room (see negative feedback below) by giving us an upgrade. the rooms and common spaces are all absolutely spotless. things might be "worn" but they are cared for. the location is outstanding, on a quaint street full of restaurants. in addition to having a nice indoor/outdoor ambiance, the restaurant immediately below the hotel is tasty and reasonable. we got what we expected for the money we paid.
Cons: Some rooms have a better view than others, and the quality of furnishings are not consistent in rooms within the same price range. rooms are cleaned at any time between 9am-5pm, so it is possible to leave your room at 8am for the beach and not have fresh towels if you return at 3-4pm.

Pros: Location of the hotel is excellent
Cons: When we reached , we were given a room which was dirty and in a shabby state. we thought of changing the hotel then the front desk gave us a room which was far better than the previous one. the common kitchen was stinking. the hotel room which we got the first day was far below our expectations. there were no shampoos or hand towels provided. it needs to be improved from the present standards.
