Pros: Excellent, courteous, helpful staff. the room was fine, bath spacious, all spotless. the hotel location is without any positives. picture parking lots, warehouses and vacant lots. no restaurants or take out nearby. i was alone and so did not feel safe at night, but i would have been fine if i was traveling with someone else. but getting into manhattan is very easy and quick, so if you don't require charm and really need a good value, this is the place.

Pros: Felt safe during the day but did not walk around at night. close to subway. free food was nice. staff was nice. found a parking lot a block away and the staff was nice and kept our car safe. ok hotel for sleeping and taking a shower.
Cons: The bed cover was dirty and smelled bad. the bath towels were small and little rough. we never found the parking garage that was said to be close. the view was nothing special even though we were on the sixth floor.

Pros: A good clean room with very acceptable facilities. great access to the subway
Cons: The location was a bit flaky - ugly room views and if the subway was not as close as it was we would have been too worried to have stayed - as it was the subway was literaly within sight of the hotel lobby.

Pros: I really enjoy´d the cab rides to downtown,it surprised me how close,and cheap,it was to all that new york has to offer.
Cons: The one thing was the checkout out time.it does not run with flight times.maybe you could make some exceptions for european travlers. apart from this ,enjoyed my stay and your service.
